Someone's fired. It should be the people responsible for this man's death, but more likely it's an employee at the Pentagon who forgot to make the classified blackouts permanent features of the Adobe Acrobat version of what happened when US soldiers in Baghdad opened-fire on a car carrying the just-rescued Italian journalist Giuliana Sgrena, Nicola Calipari (the Italian military intelligence agent who rescued her), and Andrea Carpani, the driver. Calipari was killed, and Sgrena and Carpani were injured. Here's an MS Word version. You can also read about the story if you're unfamiliar.
Here's a pretty detailed summary of the report, though the guy is obviously an ultra-rightwinger, so his conclusions probably should be taken as partisan. Here's another summary by a partisan on the other side. Unfortunately, I can't find one that doesn't have some sort of agenda, so if you don't want any filtering, read it yourself. Of course, the report itself is likely pro-US Military... for obvious reasons.
