This is getting insane, if it wasn't already. In an occupation situation, you can't help but expect some torture to go on. It's awful, but it's expected, because as I've said, when you give idiots guns and tell them to guard people who their commander-in-chief has compared to the 9/11 attackers, you're going to get some bad results.
