Hatred ever kills, love never dies; such is the vast difference between the two. What is obtained by love is retained for all time. What is obtained by hatred proves a burden in reality for it increases hatred.

I've been killing myself trying to come up with reasons to vote for Kerry (who I really don't like very much) and I have a few that make me feel ok enough to do it:

1.) If edwards is his running mate, I'll vote for him lickety split. Edwards may be an ambulance chaser, but he's honest about it, and he's a great man with a very populist spirit.
2.) When you vote for a president, you're not JUST voting for a president. you're also voting for his cabinet, his supreme court appointees, etc. Maybe it's just me, but "Supreme Court Chief Justice 'Man on Dog' Antonin Scalia" doesn't have a happy ring to it.
3.) At least kerry believes in evolution

So, unless he takes on Gephardt as his running mate, I'll likely hold my nose and vote for Kerry. However, if it's Kerry/Gephardt 2004, it's going to be really hard for me, and I may even vote protest for Nader.
