"We are receiving reports of the conditions inside Pier 57. There are between 1000-2000 people inside, and multiple reports of oil/chemical residue on the floor. Also, one caller reported dehydration, verbal abuse from guards, no room to sit down. People are being held without charges and without having been read their rights.
