In less than two weeks telemarketers will start calling cell phone numbers. To stop it call 1-888-382-1222 from your cell phone to get that phone on the do not call register. Or you can go to DoNotCall.gov and register there.
Don't know if they're really going to call cell phones, but it's worth blocking them if they are. You can register your home phone as well.
