Master Shake told me to go in the freezer because there was a carnival in there. There was no carnival, it was a damn freezer! I got freezer burn, and I got mushed up against that chicken.

According to the WaPo (free registration reqd), The effort was ended shortly before Christmas. Can I please spend the next 2 years gloating because we were right and they were wrong and/or lying? I mean, I would love it if this was something I could gloat over, but in truth it's not a good thing at all. It just makes the situation that much more depressing.

It doesn't matter anyway though, I guess, because all the cool kids are justifying the invasion because of how bad a dude Saddam was. The weapons were just the best way to present it to the American people... or something.

UPDATE: Bush says it was ‘absolutely worth it,' and Powell says he sees troops beginning to leave Iraq this year. I guess now that they acknowlege what we knew all along, they’re going to cut and run.

That's one decision I won't fault the administration on.
